“Different how?” I asked. “Like I’ve changed?”
“No, it’s like you’re more you than you’ve ever been. It’s like you’ve grown into yourself. You’re happier in your skin than ever before. You’re content and relaxed,” he said.
“He’s right,” I thought.
Things are clearer now. Even driving the kids to school is filled with meaning and depth. There’s a lightness in my step and a twinkle of joy in my to do list. Things are right in my little world and what a perfect way to finish year two in this corner of the world and look onward to good things in 2018!
